At Hassan Perfumes, your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to strict health and cosmetic industry regulations, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once a fragrance or cosmetic item has been opened, used, or delivered.
This policy exists for the following reasons:
1. Hygiene & Safety Regulations
Perfumes, attars, oils, and cosmetic products fall under a category where returns cannot be resold or restocked for safety reasons. Once an item leaves our facility, it cannot legally return to inventory.
2. Industry-Standard Practice
All fragrance and cosmetic retailers follow the same rule — to ensure product integrity and consumer safety, returns of opened or delivered items are not permitted.
3. Product Authenticity Protection
Allowing returns of fragrances creates risk of tampering, dilution, or substitution. Our no-return policy protects customers by ensuring every item sold is 100% authentic and untouched.
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
